My Midlife Story · iPhone and iPad
A little help, when you need it.
For product questions, accessibility feedback or a problem with the app, email our public support address.
simpletonfacts@gmail.comPlease include your device model, iOS version and what you were trying to do. Avoid sending symptoms, treatment details, passwords, backup passphrases or unredacted screenshots. Email is not the app’s private record store.
Where are my records?
Personal records live in the app’s local store. The sample story is fictional and separate. In Me, check whether you are exploring the sample before looking for personal entries.
Backup and export
Me → Encrypted backup & restore creates a passphrase-protected portable archive. Keep the passphrase somewhere safe; support cannot recover it. Me → Readable data export and visit PDFs produce readable files, not encrypted archives. Review the destination you choose and keep private files secure.
Removing data
Me → Delete all personal data removes the app’s local records and preferences after confirmation. Copies already exported to Files, mail or another destination remain there until you remove them separately. Do not delete the app before making a backup you intend to keep.
Reminders and purchases
Reminders require your choice and iOS notification permission. Delivery can depend on device settings. Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple checkout, and RevenueCat verifies access. In the app, Me → Premium shows current plans, Restore Purchases and Apple subscription management. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple. Do not send payment details to support.
Medical questions
Support cannot provide medical advice or urgent care. Contact a qualified clinician for medical questions and local emergency services for urgent help.
