What this website is for

This site describes the My Midlife Story app and offers general record-organization worksheets. The website itself sells nothing and collects no payment; app subscriptions are purchased through Apple. It does not offer a clinical service or promise a release date.

Your record is not a diagnosis

My Midlife Story is intended for personal record organization and visit preparation. It does not diagnose conditions, monitor emergencies, infer menopause stage, recommend medicines or doses, or establish that a treatment caused a change. Missing entries are unknown, not evidence that symptoms were absent.

Use your own judgment about sharing

You choose the records you keep and share. Review exports before sending them. Protect printed pages, exported files and backup passphrases. A worksheet is a conversation aid, not a substitute for professional care.

Optional app subscriptions

Where enabled in the app, Premium provides new comparisons, grouped Replays, advanced visit briefs, fresh Playbooks, and source-linked Passport and annual organization. Prices and recurring billing periods are loaded from the store. A free trial is shown only when the store reports an eligible offer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple presents the final terms before confirmation. Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions. Capture, original records, saved outputs, bounded corrections, manual plans, basic reminders and visit prep, export, deletion and encrypted recovery remain free after expiry. No payment is collected by this website.

Acceptable use and changes

Use the app for your own personal records or for someone in your care with their agreement. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its billing verification or this website. Features may change between versions, and access to Premium features ends when a subscription ends. The operator may discontinue the app or website; your local records remain exportable from the app. Nothing here promises medical outcomes, regulatory approval or uninterrupted availability.
